Individual and Systems Advocacy

Access and Ability provides one to one advocacy services to people with disabilities and their families in Weld and Northern Adams Counties. We believe everyone has the right to adequate healthcare, education and full access to the community. We advocate for inclusive Individual Education Programs (IEP), access to healthcare services, and person driven access to public services. If you or someone you know needs advocacy support,

Youth Leadership

Access and Ability strives for full access for everyone, including teens and young adults. We believe youth are one of our nation's biggest resources and are capable of understanding what they need better than anyone else. Our training teaches and encourages teens and young adults to become self advocates or advocates for their siblings with disabilities. We offer sessions on the ADA, IDEA, IEPs, assistive technology and accessing supports. If you have questions or would like to apply,
